We offer fast worldwide delivery, including:

Please select your preferred service and enter your address at checkout to see exact pricing and delivery times. Orders for Next Day Delivery placed after the 3:00pm cut-off will be dispatched the next working day using our premium 24-hour service.

All deliveries are fully tracked. Your tracking number will be emailed once your order is packed and dispatched. You can also receive free SMS notifications — please provide your mobile number at checkout. This will only be used for order updates and tracking.

Customs & Duty Charges

We do not charge customs duties on international shipments. Any additional duties will be calculated at checkout or on delivery. We recommend checking with local customs officials for guidance.

Delivery times and costs are estimates. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to courier issues. Shipping refunds for delayed items are only offered if a guaranteed special delivery service is selected.

Most international orders are delivered via DPD, DHL, or Royal Mail. International customers may receive an additional email to confirm identity and delivery address due to increased security procedures.

Receiving Your Delivery

  • Someone must be available to accept and sign for deliveries; safe-place deliveries are not permitted.
  • Parcels must be inspected for damage before accepting. If damaged, refuse delivery or request the courier to note it. Taking a photo is strongly recommended.
  • If a parcel is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 3 working days to raise a claim.

Responsibility & Claims

Failure to comply with inspection and reporting steps may result in declined claims. We reserve the right to involve legal authorities, courier processes, and fraud investigation teams at our discretion.

DPD PIN-Protected Deliveries

  • Parcels cannot be left unattended.
  • A recipient must provide the correct PIN to complete delivery.
  • Details, including the PIN, will be sent via email/SMS prior to delivery.
  • Failure to provide the PIN or have someone available may result in delays or returns.

Click & Collect

  • Present valid photo ID matching the order details.
  • Only arrive once you receive an email confirming your order is ready.
  • Check store opening hours before visiting.

Standard Returns Policy

Items must be returned by post to the Returns Address within 28 days of delivery (or collection from one of our UK stores) to receive a refund or exchange.

For orders delivered in multiple shipments, the 28-day period starts from the delivery of the last item.

Items must be unworn, unused, and with all tags and security labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returning Your Items

Use the returns form included with your order, or download it here . Returns must be sent via a tracked and insured service (e.g., Royal Mail Special Delivery). You are responsible for the cost and safe delivery of your parcel. Keep proof of postage and tracking details to help locate your parcel in the unlikely event it is lost or delayed.

Processing Time & Refunds

Refunds and exchanges may take up to 14 days from the day your returned item is marked as delivered. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Delivery costs are non-refundable. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed. It may take up to 48 hours for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Please contact our Customer Service team before returning items for an exchange. Complete the returns form and indicate the items you wish to exchange.

Faulty Items

Items are considered faulty if damaged on delivery or if a genuine manufacturing defect occurs within 30 days of purchase. Wear-and-tear damage is not considered faulty. Faulty item claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. Some faulty items may be repaired by ONU Designer Wear or the manufacturer.
